Jason Donald – Founder & Director

Jason began Thermogroup in 2003 and has built the business to where it is today. Jason passionately ensures the team are on track, focused, and working toward the strategic goals of the business. Jason still upholds the same passion and standard of care for our customers that he started with in the very beginning which brings about our culture of giving that little bit extra.

What does giving that little bit extra mean to Jason?

That little bit extra is our way of life, our ethos. It means we will go that little bit extra in everything we do so that our customers, suppliers, colleagues, and team members will always be pleasantly surprised at our level of dedication, loyalty and service.

John Donald – Sales Manager

John joined Thermogroup in 2011 and is responsible for setting targets and managing our sales reps and continually developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and groups. John’s passion and determination has led the growth for Thermogroup.

What does giving that little bit extra mean to John?

This is the commitment we have as a team to look after customers, respond to problems, maintain quality of products and we achieve this in our attitude, by being honest, by resolving problems, and by treating our customers and fellow workers as number 1.

Margie Donald – Finance

Margie is the numbers star for Thermogroup. Her dedication and attention to detail is evident in her finance role, from management accounts, tax reporting, payroll, and budgeting through to cash flow forecasting, Margie delivers that little bit extra through her accuracy and accounting know-how.

What does giving that little bit extra mean to Margie?

Constantly and consistently exceeding the expectations of our customers, suppliers, and teammates.

Ross Donald – Sales & Marketing Lead

Ross is responsible for driving the sales and marketing teams in pursuit of Thermogroup’s goals of supporting our resellers. Whether it be creating a new marketing campaign, developing a promotion for a reseller, negotiating a deal with a national group or setting up a new reseller agreement, Ross keeps the business driving forward.

What does giving that little bit extra mean to Ross?

That little bit extra is our way of life. It adds meaning and purpose to what we do. Its not something that we have to do, but we choose to do as it brings happiness to the giver and receiver alike. This will always be what sets us apart.

Rick Donald – Operations Manager

Rick passionately drives the operations side of the business from managing our four warehouses, managing stock levels & product quality to ensuring all orders ship on time, in full to our customers. Rick’s drive ensures that the operations of Thermogroup truly allow us to deliver that little bit extra.

What does giving that little bit extra mean to Rick?

Providing that little bit extra is the principle that dictates our every discussion, response and innovation. It is the impetus that drives commitment and focus on excellence, and the definitive factor in every action undertaken and every experience provided.

Tammy Donald – Customer Care Manager

Tammy’s positivity and desire to deliver that little bit extra makes her the perfect leader for our customer care team. Tammy is responsible for ensuring the team is delivering on our KPIs and objectives and is dedicated to continually evolving and improving our service to clients.

What does giving that little bit extra mean to Tammy?

Giving that little bit extra means we’re passionate and fearless about doing whatever it takes to travel the extra mile, individually and as a team. We’re committed to going above and beyond what is expected in everything we do and thrive on not only delivering on our promises but also pushing the boundaries to do more and be more as a company.

Vanessa Munsi – Customer Care Facilitator

Vanessa embraces the culture of giving that little bit extra in her role. Vanessa passionately owns the responsibility of looking after our customers orders, from entering the order through to ensuring the tracking details are up to date on the website.

What does giving that little bit extra mean to Vanessa?

Going above & beyond in resolving a wide range of product & service queries professionally & satisfactorily. Also, when we see our clients happy, satisfied and coming back because of the excellent customer service & quality products they received from us both before and after the sale. We make our customers feel important & we always put them at the heart of everything we do.

Zebulon Flew – Leeton Warehouse

Zeb brings a can do attitude to his role in the Leeton Warehouse. Responsible for dispatch of custom orders, product assembly, management of incoming goods and assembly of displays, Zeb constantly delivers that little bit extra while on the run.

What does giving that little bit extra mean to Zeb?

That little bit extra… Attention to detail and to always going above and beyond what’s expected.

Lilly Snell – Customer Care Facilitator

Lilly is a key part of our customer care team. Lilly is responsible for ensuring the team is delivering on our KPIs and objectives and is dedicated to continually evolving and improving our service to clients.

What does giving that little bit extra mean to Lilly?

To me that little bit extra is all the little things adding up, such as offering multiple solutions to a problem then following up until I know the customer is satisfied and always thinking that next step ahead.

Toby Reynolds – Internal Sales

When it comes to backing up the sales team, Toby leads the way. From backing up the sales team in the field to managing incoming sales enquiries, Toby passionately delivers that little bit extra in every task. At any given time you will find him deeply engrossed with his current task on hand, all of which drive Thermogroup to deliver its mission.

What does giving that little bit extra mean to Toby?

That little bit extra to me is about passion and dedication. It’s about being fully engaged in our work, caring deeply about what we do, and taking pride in the high-quality results we achieve as a team.

Rebecca Schmetzer – Customer Care Facilitator

Rebecca is a key part of our customer care team. Rebecca is responsible for ensuring the team is delivering on our KPIs and objectives and is dedicated to continually evolving and improving our service to clients.

What does giving that little bit extra mean to Rebecca?

That little bit extra to me is going above and beyond to provide amazing customer service to our customers, to align with our amazing products.
